Just want to give a quick shout out to Irene, owner/operator of Baltimore’s newest truck, Souper Freak. She invited Damian and Ves onto her food truck for close to an hour on Saturday to let us check out her set-up and peep how things work. (By the way, she’s got some serious moxy for running that thing completely solo right now!)
