One of our main visions when starting Blacksauce Kitchen was to launch a food truck in Baltimore. We move closer to achieving this goal by the week. Periodically we will post updates here. In the meantime, there is one way you can help us. If you know of a location in or around Baltimore that you strongly believe should be on our weekly route once we launch the truck, please tell us where and (importantly) why.
Where would you like to eat our food?
the corner of linwood & baltimore!
In front of my home so that I can get a biscuit anytime I want!
University of Maryland Medical Center! You should try to put up shop during the UMMC Farmer’s Market Tuesdays. Park it on the corner of Greene and Baltimore. You will have quite a following, I’m sure.
Besides, you will give me a welcome respite from cafeteria food from either the hospital or the VA hospital!
At Hopkins University/Union Memorial Hospital. Light &33rd or Charles& 33rd.
Liberty Hgts & Reisterstown Road. Also, Pratt Street & Market Street because I’m tired of Panera, Phillips & Chipotle! Continued success and all the best to you!!

By the Johns Hopkins Hospital and the School of Public Health- Monument and Wolfe. There are lots of hungry workers, residents and visitors there who are looking for lunch in an area without a lot of good options. Your fabulous food would be embraced by a diverse and hungry crowd. Please come!
U of Baltimore….corner of Maryland and Mt. Royal — please!!!!

I appreciate awesome blogs like this. You’re the explaination exellent content is found on the Internet.
I like your blog; it’s supplied me with reliable information regarding finding lending products. It is actually a issue to seek out info that is applicable around the world, however, your involvement is good. Thanks tor that.
You really make it appear really easy along with your presentation but I in finding this matter to be actually something that I think I might never understand. It kind of feels too complex and very vast for me. I am taking a look forward on your next post, I’ll attempt to get the grasp of it!
Either near the Homewood campus of Johns Hopkins, or at the Rotunda in Hampden. Obviously, I vote for these because I work in the area and haven’t had a decent biscuit sandwich since leaving the South. But also, these are really high traffic areas, and having an audience of hungry college kids and lunchbreaking professionals would probably be clutch.
it! I recommend Pratt St & Carey St. Best of luck to you!
My earlier post got deleted. I had your delicious biscuit sandwich @ the Holiday Bazaar in DC & loved it! I recommend Pratt & Carey St. Best of luck to you!

timonium towers, there are 2 buildings with over 1000 people, Baltimore County does not afford this type of experience. I am trying too coordinate the cupcake truck to also stop by once a month.. the other option is the Towson Farmers MKT.

Hey Blacksauce,
I did not have a chance to sample you guys this past weekend at the Fallway Farmers Market, but I have heard great things. That being said, I work with Regional Management, Inc. and we are property managers of the Merritt Park Shopping Center in Dundalk (corner of Merritt and Hollabird). Every year our parking lot is packed with people trying to view the 4th of July fireworks and we would be honored if you set up shop in a reserved space and catered to the patrons waiting for the fireworks. Our center holds 500+ parking spaces and each vehicle will have 2+ patrons. The viewers typically show up early to get a prime seat for the fireworks so there will be a steady flow of people from probably as early as 4pm or 5pm until the fireworks end. I have attached a youtube link to show you the draw for the fire works (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmcU_HTb3IA). Would this be something you guys would like to do? Feel free to contact me at the information above or below.
Cheers,

I’m a huge fan, as are many of my co-workers. We’re always talking about the lack of good food around, and you guys are fantastic! There is high foot traffic in this area! Lots of doctors, staff workers, researchers, and residents.

Towson! Come by when the markets re-open!
In front of Union Memorial Hospital. 201 E. University Parkway
Off Columbia Gateway drive (which is off 175 in Columbia). There are no good restaurants here. Large office park means plenty of hungry people with only soul-less options for lunch. Come save us. There is one food truck (jerk grilled meats) that is good and does quite well.
Where you guys been hding?? Truck out today?? GO RAVENS!!
Johns Hopkins Homewood Campus! i.e. 33rd & Charles Street
PLEASE!
Please consider the Towson Farmer’s market. There is a good lunch crowd & I think black sauce would be a big hit there. It is Thursdays from 11-2 on allegheny rd during the late spring, summer and fall.
Towson Farmers Market (Thursdays)
Towson Farmer’s Market!
Towson Farmers Market on Thursdays!
State office building. The food trucks really make out at this location. W. Preston Street and Eutaw Street. I hope to one day see your truck at this location. Best day of the week is on Wednesday.
In front of Johns Hopkins Children’s Emergency Room and Adult Emergency Room at night! We don’t have a lot of options for food at night and would love to have you! PLEASE!
I prefer downtown during the week, near Charles Street Metro stop, corner of Charles and Baltimore. I think there is lots of traffic there.
Johns Hopkins Hospital no doubt! Corner of Wolfe & Monument or wherever. I cannot stress this enough!
