There’s no question biscuits are best eaten about nine minutes removed from the oven. But we do sell biscuits by the box and we often hear from folks who enjoy them over the course of a week. If you’re not going to eat them right away, here are some tips:

FROZEN. Kept in the freezer in airtight packaging, they are fantastic. Just thaw them for as long as it takes to preheat your oven, then reheat them, loosely wrapped in foil, for 10-15 min at 350°F.

REFRIGERATED. Most of the cafes we deliver to keep them this way. Wrapped airtight, they keep 3-4 days in the fridge. Simply reheat in the oven for 6-8 minutes at 350°F.
